Job Description :

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Little Leaf ABA, you will be the face of our company, receiving top-quality training and support from our dedicated supervising clinicians and leadership team.

Our client service hours are based on medical necessity and include both daytime and after-school working opportunities.

You will provide a 1 : 1 learning environment directly in the child's home, focusing on establishing competent learner skills that will prepare children to function effectively in both home and community-based settings under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Key Responsibilities :

• Implement individualized ABA programs.
• Collect data on client progress and provide regular updates to the supervising BCBA.
• Utilize a variety of materials and stimuli to encourage skill acquisition, learning, behavior modification, and positive reinforcement.
• Collaborate with parents and other professionals to ensure the child's needs are being met effectively.

Requirements :

• RBT Certification REQUIRED
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation (we do not transport clients), and up-to-date insurance
• Ability to work with clients of multiple ages, skill levels, and behaviors
• Experience with EMR systems for data collection and medical records (Central Reach / Rethink / Catalyst)

Desired Qualifications :

• Ability to obtain and / or complete CPR / BLS certification (if applicable)
• TRICARE Certification Preferred
• Passionate about driving change and supporting independent growth
