A law firm in Goose Creek, SC, is seeking a Real Estate Closing Attorney to oversee residential and commercial real estate transactions, collaborate with clients and stakeholders, and develop business relationships.

Duties :
- Oversee residential and commercial real estate transactions, including sales and refinances
- Review title documents to ensure legal compliance
- Work with lenders, brokers, agents, buyers, and sellers to facilitate transactions
- Draft and review loan documents, contracts, deeds, leases, and purchase and sale agreements
- Deliver professional and engaging client experiences, addressing any questions or concerns
- Review disbursement ledger and sign checks as necessary
- Develop and cultivate business relationships for the firm
- Conduct training for potential clients in relevant areas of real estate law
Requirements :
- Member of the South Carolina State Bar in good standing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with clients and stakeholders
- Strong work ethic demonstrated in academics and work history
- Preferably have experience in closing real estate transactions; residential real estate experience is preferred
Education :
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Certifications :
Member of the South Carolina State Bar in good standing
Skills :
- Knowledge of real estate law and transactions
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Excellent interpersonal skills for client interactions
- Proficiency in legal research and drafting documents
