Job Summary :

We are seeking a professional and highly organized Front Desk Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our highly esteemed client. The ideal candidate will be a friendly and welcoming presence, managing a wide range of administrative and clerical duties to ensure the smooth operation of our front office.

Front Desk Coordinator Responsibilities :

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls to the appropriate person or department.
• Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room usage.
• Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
• Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, deliveries, and packages.
• Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
• Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory.
• Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries, providing accurate information.
• Assist with event planning and meeting preparations as needed.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up To) : $17.00 - $19.00 Per Hour
