Maintenance Technician
Thomasville, GA l Temp to Perm l $18.00 / Hour
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician for an apartment complex. For this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of the complex.
You must have previous maintenance and repair experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform regular inspections of building and grounds
- Diagnose and repair issues related to plumbing, electrical systems, heating and cooling systems, and appliances
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations
- Complete and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
- Other job duties as assigned
Requirements
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively
- Ability to lift 50lbs throughout the shift
- Willing to undergo criminal background check
- Previous maintenance experience required
- Great time management sills
- Knowledge with hand tools
Location : Thomasville, GA
Pay Rate : $18.00 / Hour
Schedule : Monday Friday 8 : 00AM 5 : 00PM
