Job Description

Our team has an immediate need for a Mobile Technical Trainer to support a new mobile training initiative to teach shipboard network administrators the skills necessary to perform day-to-day duties. Primary responsibilities include :

• Consult with leadership to design, implement, and maintain mobile training materials and programs
• Conduct a needs evaluation to inform the design and development of curriculum and other training materials to meet the needs of shipboard network administrators
• Analyze existing curriculum and training methodologies for effectiveness and provide feedback on ways to enhance or replace each
• Assist in creating, modifying, or updating training curriculum for mobile delivery to shipboard network administrators
• Create graphics, visuals, and other content to support content delivery
• Deliver shipboard LAN and system specific training to civilian and contractor Mariners onboard MSC vessels
