The Brand Marketing Manager will be the marketing leader for Canopy Lawn Care franchise brand. This position will work closely with Canopy franchisees at all stages of their business providing training and ongoing guidance regarding the development, implementation and support of their marketing plan.
This is a highly consultative position that requires marketing strategy experience, a counter-intuitive thinker and a person who possesses a genuine passion for people.

The Brand Marketing Manager is a key member of the marketing team who will work closely with the digital marketing team, creative teams and the Brand Leadership to support both franchisees and drive the overall marketing strategy for the brand.
This includes the management of and development of training materials, sales and marketing assets and tools for the franchise systems and the brand team.
This highly adaptable individual will need to possess excellent presentation and speaking skills and be able to command the attention of a room and deliver a message with confidence.
4+ years of marketing industry experience required. Candidate must be located in Raleigh, NC.
Responsibilities :
- Develop, execute and track marketing initiatives to accomplish the brand’s objectives.
- Analyze marketing data, identify and assess marketing opportunities and advise on the best marketing strategies to accomplish business objectives.
- Evaluate local marketing efforts, consult and collaborate with the franchisees and members of the marketing team to provide the best feedback and recommendations.
- Provide day-to-day guidance and support to ensure the recommended marketing and advertising strategies and tactics are implemented across the franchise systems.
- Analyze and report on aggregated system-wide data about marketing efforts.
- Deliver in-person new franchisee training and ongoing virtual training.
- Manage and pursue new third-party suppliers to meet goals and objectives of the marketing department and the franchise system.
- Manage the development of creative assets both internally and externally for the brand.
- Manage technology solutions that assist franchisees with the implementation of local marketing and advertising efforts.
- Play a key role in the development and implementation of a national marketing plan.
Qualifications :
- 4 years’ experience in Marketing field with knowledge of online and offline tactics.
- Previous experience analyzing digital marketing campaigns, including pay-per-click and Meta.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field.
- Microsoft office and Adobe products knowledge and proficiency.
- Adept at learning new technology and marketing platforms.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work both independently as well as within a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications :
- Green industry or prior lawn care industry experience a plus.
- Meta, Adwords, or Google Analytics certified a plus.
