ABOUT THE ROLE
The Community Liaison (CL) is responsible for leading business development activities to drive admissions and census within an assigned book of business.
They will use their knowledge, communication skills, and marketing abilities to initiate one-on-one dialog with referral sources, families, and prospective patients to educate them on services offered by the Company.
The CL will be the primary face of the Company to referral sources and will develop business plans, marshal the Company's resources to secure growth, build collaboration, and report success against these plans with direction and collaboration from the Director of Business Development.
This is a full time position Monday - Friday 9 : 00am-5 : 00pm
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field preferred
- Three (3) years of experience in health care marketing, management, or hospice care operations is preferred
- Demonstrate ability to market aggressively and deal tactfully with customers and the community
- Knowledge of the corporate business management process
- Proof of current automobile insurance and a valid driver’s license
- Must have and maintain transportation to be used for work
