Are you a passionate Quant Business Analyst with a flair for data, technology, and finance? Join a global Quant team and be at the forefront of developing cutting-edge solutions in private markets.

This is a full-time, permanent, hybrid role (2-3 days in the office) in Boston. Compensation included up to a 20% bonus and excellent benefits including 401k match, PTO, etc.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Capture and translate business requirements into technical solutions, system designs, and reports.
  • Build strong relationships with investment teams, developers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Develop functional prototypes and conduct manual and automated tests using SQL, Python, and other relevant tools.

Qualifications :

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data analysis.
  • Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Understanding of DevOps and CI / CD practices.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience as a business analyst, preferably in Investment Management or FinTech.
