BILINGUAL Data Entry and Customer Service Representative

Job Title : Customer Service and Data Entry Representative

Location : Arlington, TX

Hours : 7 : 30 AM - 4 : 30 PM, Monday through Friday

Employment Type : Temp-to-Perm

Overview :

We are seeking a full-time bilingual (Spanish / English) representative for our Arlington location. The ideal candidate must have front-line customer service and data entry experience.

This role involves regional travel and does not include supervisory responsibilities. The position requires interaction with clients and their employees, assisting with background screening and badging for access to construction job sites.

Occasional travel to a second facility may be required.

Key Responsibilities :

• Client-facing role, assisting with badging and background checks
• Heavy data entry in proprietary systems
• Use of Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Excel
• Screening services and packaging specimens for shipment
• General facility upkeep
• Customer service via in-person, phone, and email
• Printing and mailing photo identification badges
• Onsite badging support for clients

Required Competencies :

• Customer-focused and results-oriented
• Ability to thrive in a team-based, fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with MS Office 365 and Microsoft Teams
• Positive attitude, reliability, and punctuality
