Pay Rate : $113hr to $147hr, depending on experience level
Position Overview :
We are seeking a Project Manager IV - Ads Growth Journey Program Evolution Strategist to drive the revamp of the Ads Growth Journey program.
This initiative aims to enhance our go-to-market strategies and provide a streamlined product adoption and optimization journey for advertisers, ultimately improving ROI and encouraging reinvestment.
Overall Responsibilities :
Strategic Leadership : Develop briefs that push strategic thinking and synthesize insights across the program. Identify gaps and opportunities for creative optimization.
Project Management : Coordinate all aspects of meetings and deliverables necessary for the successful launch and creative optimizations of Ads Growth Journey campaigns, including marketing objectives and email localization.
Integration : Align and coordinate capabilities with the needs of Same Store Growth (SSG) marketing to ensure cohesive operations.
Top 3 Daily Responsibilities :
Drive progress on the overall creative journey in collaboration with PMMS to revamp the Ads Growth Journey program.
Provide strategic consulting on briefs, creative direction, and execution to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Organize and facilitate key meetings, ensuring insights and updates are shared across the larger program.
Skills and Experience Required :
Mandatory :
7+ years of experience in growth marketing, or 3+ years with Google Ads and 3+ years in growth marketing (including email marketing and mobile app notifications).
Proven track record of driving significant growth in engagement and revenue.
Strong analytical skills with experience in A / B testing and data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
Desired :
Experience in owning scaled email journeys and managing Google Ads campaigns.
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and agency partners.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex digital media concepts into clear language for key stakeholders.
Pay Details : $113.00 to $147.00 per hour
