Day-to-day, you will : Be the driving force behind our user-centric Product development efforts. You will solve customer problems using Design Thinking best practices, build a Product Design capability, and drive Product Design best practices into our digital product teams.

You will be a passionate advocate for our users and deliver great experiences across all CloudCall products and services.

We're looking for someone to champion user centric design, creating visual designs that inspire, engage, and delight. Someone who will challenge assumptions and thrive on learning everything they can about the behaviours, attitudes and emotions of our customers.

Someone who can help translate these learnings into simple, intuitive and enjoyable experiences for all our customers.

You will be a key member of the Product Team helping us solve problems for our users, working collaboratively with product managers and engineers from the cross functional squad.

As a well-rounded Product Designer your Skills and Experiences likely include :

• Knowledge of UI interaction design principles with a focus on Visual Design, Micro Interactions & Animation
• Capable with modern design and prototyping tools
• Knowledge of HCI principles and practices.
• Understanding of UCD analytical methods and how / when they affect the design process.
• Must have a collaborative mindset with ability to take on feedback and iterate designs based on data and user research.
• Proficient design and prototyping skills (Figma).
• Great communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to build cooperative relationships with product teams.
