Who You Are :
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with an earned Master of Science in nursing degree.
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program.
- Current Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) Certification and Licensure as a Registered Nurse.
- Current California Furnishing number, NPI, and current DEA registration number.
- Hold and maintain current national and state board certification as a nurse practitioner from an approved organization.
American Nurses Credentialing Center, American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, National Certification Corporation for Obstetrics, Gynecologic and Neonatal Nursing Specialty).
- Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) required. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and PALS certifications are preferred.
- Recent experience (within the last 5 years) in an advanced practice nurse, specifically a Family Nurse Practitioner, role.

- Development of cost-effective care strategies for acute and chronic illnesses.
- Involvement in health promotion, disease management, and community-based referrals.

- Provide comprehensive care, including physical examinations, disease management, health education, and various screenings.
