Registered Nurse (RN) Inpatient Orthopedics Part Time

The Orthopedic Hospital of Fort Wayne, Indiana is looking for Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team!

Part time 2x12s (7p-7a)

As a Registered Nurse, at The Orthopedic Hospital of Indiana, you'll play a vital role in doing what you do best - providing quality care to our patients.

Requirements :

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse
• BLS and ACLS certifications

About the Job :

• Typical patient stay is 24-48 hours
• 37 Bed unit- all private rooms
• Fast paced
• Patients who have just had elective surgery ( Joint Replacement & a range of Orthopedic Services)
• Sports Medicine
• Monitoring patient vital signs
• Head to toe assessments
• Dressing changes
• Care plans
• Obtaining samples
• Manage pain
• Educate patients and family members
