The role is responsible for building the TikTok Ecommerce partnership for the TikTok e-commerce business in the US. With more than 1 billion loyal users globally, we believe TikTok is an ideal platform to deliver a brand new and better e-commerce experience to our users.

We are looking for passionate and talented people to join us to build an e-commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for our users together.

Responsibilities : - Identify potential merchandises ideal for short video content and Shoptab scenario, carry out comprehensive research and analysis of these merchandises on various e-commerce platforms.

  • Summarize the characteristics of hot selling products, match them in bulk with suitable resources, further amplify sales volume.
  • Select products for content-driven and Shoptab scenarios, collaborate with clusters on negotiations regarding pricing, creation of product bundles, and setting up commission frameworks.
  • Work closely with the Product Detail Page (PDP) team to establish the merchant information quality standard and create a better user experience.

Minimum Qualifications- More than 3 years of experience in merchandise operation within e-commerce or a related sector.- Profound knowledge of e-commerce merchandise operation, with a comprehensive understanding of consumer goods in the .

across both digital and physical realms, complemented by a keen awareness of consumer habits and evolving market trends.

Preferred Qualifications- Excellent communication, collaboration and project management capabilities, able to flexibly adjust strategies in complex situations.

  • Strong analytical skills and a bias for action, comfortable with setting ambitious targets, analyzing the status quo, planning a course of action, executing rapid trial and error iterations, and constantly improving.
