The Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine (NSU-CDM) is looking for a highly motivated and academically inspired individual for a full-time, clinical-track faculty position.

The successful candidate will join a dynamic team of professionals dedicated to excellence in education, patient care, research, and community service.
The Department is transitioning from a four-year (3 residents / year) program to a six-year MD integrated program (3 residents / year).
The program has active practices in oncology, trauma, implantology, orthognathic surgery, and sleep surgery.
Responsibilities :Qualifications :
- DDS / DMD degree from an accredited institution, or foreign equivalent dentistry degree.
- Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery from CODA accredited institution.
- Completion of a CODA-accredited residency program in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
- Board certification or eligibility by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
- Professional doctoral-level teaching experience.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Other advanced degrees (e.g., PhD, MD)
- Maxillofacial oncologic reconstructive surgery fellowship
- A record of accomplishment in scholarly work
- Eligible for teaching dental licensure, and / or medical licensure in Florida
- Demonstrated excellence in teaching and clinical practice.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
