This opportunity resides with Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) , a business group within HII’s Mission Technologies division.

Job Description

HII- Mission Technologies is looking for a Project Management Analyst focusing on Security to work in Huntsville, AL or remotely.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Schedule, set up and coordinate meetings with Program Manager, functional line managers, and external customer on all matters pertaining to security.
  • Coordinate with multiple Program Managers to manage routine contract deliverables for a portfolio HII contracts to non-exhaustively include portal, travel, materials purchases, with an emphasis on Security process / management.
  • Very disciplined in enforcement of establish Project Operating Rhythm including adherence to meeting schedules, keeper of central action item list, as it pertains to security.
  • Experienced with Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Teams and Management of Multiple Schedules Draft and Maintain Portfolio Tracker
  • Provide operational / programmatic security requirements support, documentation review and analysis, and briefing preparation.
  • Display the ability and experience to interact with and coordinate security tasks with the government customer and other stakeholders.
  • Provide security updates and input to Monthly Status Reports (MSRs) and Biweekly reports for reviews.
  • Provide assistance for Security planning and support (including updating security / FCL activities.
  • Track generation of security requires for ROMs and Proposals
  • Support Program Management Reviews (PMR) security updates.
  • Initiate and submit security project closeouts to PM for approval.
  • Security Management (including submitting pre-award and award for Security actions), coordinate accruals, and process travel and purchase requests, and invoices.
  • Ensure project financials are updated after project DD254s, and security modifications.

Minimum Qualifications

10 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 8 years relevant experience with Masters in related field;

or High School Diploma or equivalent and 14 years relevant experience.

  • Excellent organizational and teambuilding skills, good interpersonal skills
  • Experience writing white reports, updating presentations, and providing updates to higher-level audiences.
  • Clearance- Must possess and maintain a SECRET clearance with the ability to get a Top Secret Clearance.
