The company is looking for An Early Assets TA Project Manager to join the team. This is an amazing opportunity to work on cutting edge treatments and make a difference!

Location : Fairfield County, CT
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead project management efforts for the US Early Assets TA teams, tracking deliverables, milestones, and timelines
- Develop and maintain the US Early Assets deliverable plan, ensuring alignment with global strategies
- Manage project risks, identify potential delays or interdependencies, and proactively resolve issues to ensure smooth execution
- Contribute to the preparation and execution of key deliverables, including the US Early Integrated Asset Plan (eIAP), Asset Evidence Plan (AEP), and other critical documents in coordination with the Global Asset Team
- Ensure timely integration of US team inputs into the global development strategy
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the US Capability Owner, to foster effective communication and consistency across teams
- Support preparation and input for key decision-making governance meetings, such as TALT, CEC, and other related forums
- Schedule and document team meetings, and build project deliverables such as presentations, status updates, and final reports
- Encourage innovation and seek new ways to improve project processes and increase efficiency
- Contribute to the embedding of best practices, agile methodologies, and lean process improvements across the team
- Demonstrate leadership and influence across teams, driving results and achieving objectives without direct authority
- Partner with the global Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) team for alignment on timelines and planning.
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Science, Medicine, or a related field is required. Advanced graduate degrees (MBA, PharmD, etc.) are highly preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- At least 2 years of experience in early pipeline development, new product launch, or strategy development
- Strong project management experience with demonstrated ability to lead large initiatives and manage cross-functional teams
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience resolving conflicts, influencing teams, and managing complex projects in a highly matrixed organization
