DIRECTOR OF NURSING : HOME HEALTH INFUSION COMPANY
STATEN ISLAND, NEW YORK
- Permanent, Full-Time Position, On-Site
- Monday-Friday Schedule, Day Shift. No weekends or Holidays!
- GREAT PAY ($125,000 - $145,000 salary)
- Benefits on DAY 1 of Employment
- Staten Island, NY
- MUST HAVE HOME HEALTH EXPERIENCE AND HAVE SOUND UNDERSTANDING OF NY HOME HEALTH INFUSION REGULATIONS IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED.*
Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
- Provide guidance to staff and clinical managers relating to all aspects of patient care including assisting with assessments, planning, and evaluation of patients.
- Hiring, onboarding, evaluating, training and mentoring staff including performing performance appraisals and taking disciplinary action when necessary.
- Interpret operational indicators to detect census changes and the impact on staffing needs.
- Assists in the development of agency goals and evaluation of agency performance.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing or equivalent education and experience
- Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse license
- 5+ years of management experience
- 3+ years of home health, home infusion or related organization
