This is an onsite position at The Hideout, Clark, Pampanga.
What does a day in the life as a CSR / DPA (Reservations) look like?
- Execute fast, accurate transaction processing including data parsing, data entry, and data enrichment
- Communicates with the clients thru email, chat and voice channels (must be willing to do calls if needed)
- Closely follow process workflows and support in implementation of initiatives, projects as directed by leadership
- Collaborates closely with pod leader, team leader or team manager regarding issues or concerns with daily tasks and activities
- Consistently perform with high accuracy and attention to details
- Able to communicate clearly and effectively with fellow consultants, leadership, and client contacts
What are the required qualifications for a CSR / DPA (Reservations)?
- Ability to process data fast and produce accurate results
- Ability to closely follow process workflows implemented by team leaders and team manager
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience in Data Processing and / or Customer Service
- Must possess above average English communication skills
- Able to communicate clearly and effectively with fellow consultants, leadership, and client contacts
- Must be willing to take calls
- Willing to work onsite
- Can start ASAP or 15 days notice
