This is an onsite position at The Hideout, Clark, Pampanga.

What does a day in the life as a CSR / DPA (Reservations) look like?

  • Execute fast, accurate transaction processing including data parsing, data entry, and data enrichment
  • Communicates with the clients thru email, chat and voice channels (must be willing to do calls if needed)
  • Closely follow process workflows and support in implementation of initiatives, projects as directed by leadership
  • Collaborates closely with pod leader, team leader or team manager regarding issues or concerns with daily tasks and activities
  • Consistently perform with high accuracy and attention to details
  • Able to communicate clearly and effectively with fellow consultants, leadership, and client contacts

What are the required qualifications for a CSR / DPA (Reservations)?

  • Ability to process data fast and produce accurate results
  • Ability to closely follow process workflows implemented by team leaders and team manager
  • Minimum 1 year relevant experience in Data Processing and / or Customer Service
  • Must possess above average English communication skills
  • Able to communicate clearly and effectively with fellow consultants, leadership, and client contacts
  • Must be willing to take calls
  • Willing to work onsite
  • Can start ASAP or 15 days notice
