Responsibilities :

What you will get to do as a Caregiver (CNA OR CHHA ) at Brightview?

• Use your compassion to provide warm, engaging personal care services, support and companionship.
• Engage and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Look for changes in residents' day and personal care needs and work with the Nurse to update their personal Resident Care Plan.
• Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities.

Compensation Disclosure :

$20.25 - $23.25 / Hourly

The salary range displayed above represents the potential pay available for this role. It does not include bonus or additional incentives (if eligible), and does not include benefits.

A candidates offer will take into consideration experience, qualifications, location, size of community (if relevant), certifications / training, etc.

Brightview reviews and adjusts compensation ranges at least once a year.

Qualifications :

• A current certification as a HHA OR CHHA - Medication Aide certified is a plus.
