It’s working fast, at scale, and we’re making a difference. We are looking for talents to join us on this exciting journey! ResponsibilitiesCreate the internal and external go-to-market campaign strategy for our education platform and content to generate sign-ups and drive platform engagement.

Collaborate with regional stakeholders to discover and understand regional nuances and best practices in service of designing a consolidated, global approach to platform feature and content releases.

Work cross-functionally with content owner teams to ensure all content is approved by relevant Legal, Marketing Science, and Public Relations / Communications teams for public sharing.

Work with internal content teams and external platform project teams to diagnose issues, make determinative project decisions, and develop and implement an improvement roadmap.

Align with team and cross-functional subject matter experts (SMEs) to understand how to use the digital content platform as a tool for larger client engagement in service of driving enablement and revenue.

Build and streamline new processes and workflows using owned productivity and collaboration tools, track project status and milestones, and coordinate cross-functional alignment to ensure timely execution of deliverables.

Manage a team of regional liaisons and SMEs to understand needs around and to create a process for translating and localizing core platform content originating in North America / from Global teams.

Perform market assessments of business opportunities by working with direct reports and management to conduct competitive analyses and make continual platform improvements.

Partner with platform experts and internal SMEs to understand, seek approval for, and implement tools and resources that provide more opportunities for quantitative data gathering and analysis.

Act as the learning platform's key internal, global point of contact and communication for all cross-functional teams.Manage key stakeholder relationships and gather feedback to inform the current and future state of the learning platform, and work to identify internal and external opportunities to increase platform engagement and awareness / education around the platformQualificationsQualificationsMust have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Marketing, Advertising, Business, Management, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor’s, progressive related work experience.

Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in designing a marketing and learning platform measurement plan, monitoring performance metrics, analyzing results, and reporting platform growth to internal stakeholders, including marketing leadership.

  • Of the required experience, must have 4 years of experience in each of the following : Constructing an audience segmentation and engagement strategy to drive learning platform growth and engagement through custom messaging and outreach to consumer segments within Fortune 500 companies;
  • Providing strategic consultations by interfacing with cross-functional content owners and regional marketing and education teams to tailor a features-roadmap based upon client needs, industry best practices, and available content resources;
  • Working with internal cross-functional teams to conduct user testing and interviews for a quantitative and qualitative approach to gain actionable insight for input into product roadmaps and content design;
  • Researching and analyzing competitive education platforms from software used to create them to the types of content created;

andServing as a liaison between cross-functional and globally distributed teams, including being the go-to resource for information, processes, and decision-making around platform marketing, engineering, and / or analysis.
