- Daily Hours : 8 : 30 AM - 4 : 00 PM
- School Assignment : One school location
Caseload / Job Details :
- Age Group : K-12
- Primary Responsibilities :
- Provide oversight and supervision for 10-15 Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Develop treatment plans for students in the REACH ABA classroom
- Collaborate with the Teacher of Record (TOR) on the daily schedule
- Work with special education teachers, school leaders, and other experts to improve learning outcomes for students with disabilities
- Review and track data, making recommendations and changes to students' plans based on the data
- Create, implement, and model interventions and strategies for students
- Assist with direct student support as needed

Key Responsibilities :
- Ensure effective oversight and supervision of RBTs to enhance student learning outcomes.
- Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans based on data and student progress.
- Collaborate effectively with special education teachers and other school staff.

Qualifications :
- Must hold an active BCBA license in Indiana.
- Experience working with students with disabilities in an educational setting.
- Strong understanding of behavior analysis principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and contribute to a positive school environment.
