Temporary Senior HR Generalist - $40/hr-$45/hr

Our client, a non-profit organization, is seeking a temporary Senior HR Generalist to support their team in Washington, DC!

About the Job :

• Primarily focus on year-end activities while also managing day-to-day HR responsibilities.
• Support the HR team through on / off-boarding, and maintaining employee files.
• Maintain internal systems, databases, accounts, and other related business needs.
• Work closely with Finance to reconcile payroll, audit benefits, and manage compliance reporting.
• Collaborate and contribute to the department's goals through additional tasks as requested.

About You :

• 4+ years of experience supporting payroll and benefits are required.
• Must be FPC or CPP certified or obtain certification within 6 months of starting.
• Advanced HRIS, MS Excel, and Google Suite skills are required.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while building strong professional relationships.
• Strong communication skills, with a proactive, organized approach and strong critical thinking.

About the Position :

• $40 / hr-$45 / hr, depending on experience.
• Temporary for a minimum of 4 months.
• Hybrid with 3 days / week in office.
• Metro accessible in Washington, D.C.
• Starting ASAP!
