Key ResponsibilitiesHandle technical support requests escalated by front-line supportResearch, troubleshoot, and resolve customer inquiries related to hardware, software, and user accessDocument customer issues, follow up on resolutions, and build relationships with customers and cross-functional teamsRequired QualificationsHigh School Diploma / GED and 3 years of experience, or any level degree / certification beyond HSD / GED and 1 year of experience, or 5 years of experienceAbility to work flexible hours and independently as well as in a teamStrong technical troubleshooting skillsKnowledge and experience in one or more coding languages : SQL, Python, C#, Perl, HTMLExperience with CRM case logging / Salesforce and interaction distribution systems such as Genesys Pure Cloud is preferred
