Real Estate Sales Listing Specialist Job Description - Seeking a dynamic Listing Agent to join our team
The ideal candidate is skilled in generating business and providing exceptional customer service. Must possess extensive knowledge of the local area and current real estate market trends.

Compensation :
$85,000 - $175,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service
- Present suggested asking prices and key selling points to the seller so they understand the best price for their home
- Hold open houses and coordinate all home inspections and showings
- Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings
- Respond to all leads and potential homebuyers in a timely fashion to build a strong client base
- Lead follow up
- Database campaigns
- Set listing appointments
- Execute appointments
- Close listings
- Sales scripts mastery
Qualifications :
- Team player who believes their success is the team’s success
- Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone
- Excellent understanding of the real estate market conditions and how to utilize market analysis
- Capable of using CRM software to keep customer information organized and confidential
- Real estate license required
- Sales experience
