Key Responsibilities
Provide customer support through multiple channels (call, chat, email)
Assist customers by offering solutions and responding to inquiries promptly
Deliver excellent customer service and support to enhance customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
Native or fluent in Danish (C1 or plus)
Advanced spoken and written English skills (C1 or plus)
Availability to work 5 days per week, including weekends
Good computer skills
Analytical mindset to diagnose and troubleshoot issues
