Vehicle Processing Clerk

A company is looking for a Vehicle Processing Clerk (Remote - Michigan).

Key Responsibilities

Communicate with clients, customers, and relevant parties to complete vehicle repurchases

Handle inbound and outbound communications and secure required documentation

Expedite and track case handling through documentation systems while meeting required metrics

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

One or more years of customer service experience

Able to work shifts within the center's hours of operation, primarily Monday to Friday

Michigan resident with high-speed internet access at home

Must maintain a reliable work schedule
