About the role
The Content Marketing Manager will join the Content Marketing team and support content strategy, content creation, search engine optimization (SEO), and developing and ensuring a consistent voice that supports Syndio's brand.
This role requires strong collaboration and the ability to deliver results through cross-functional alignment and communication.
You should have a solid understanding of B2B content marketing, SEO, email marketing, and integrated, multi-channel programs.

- You will help to execute Syndio's content strategy by crafting interesting and well-researched content that drives traffic and nurtures prospects.
- Become a specialist in the human resources, compensation, and labor and employment law audiences, seeking data and relevant trends to make decisions that improve the impact and effectiveness of content.
- Research and build industry-specific content in line with Syndio's segmentation strategy to support campaigns and account-based marketing initiatives that articulate our product's core benefits.
- Produce high-quality articles, blogs, email marketing messages, case studies, webinar presentations, web copy, and more.
- Leverage SEO strategies to inform content strategy and to systematically improve Syndio's ranking for key topics.
- Develop email marketing nurture campaigns and set up marketing automation workflows using Marketo.
- Continuously measure and improve content performance; create reports leveraging Google Analytics, Marketo, and social media analytics tools.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and customer challenges in order to build more effective content.
About you
- You have 2-5 years of B2B content marketing or direct copywriting experience.
- Experience executing email campaigns using marketing automation tools.
- Knowledge of content marketing strategy, buyer's journeys, and SEO.
- Editorial mindset that seeks to understand what audiences consume and how to create it.
- Consistent performance in a deadline-oriented environment due to tight time restraints and volume of work.
- You are relentlessly curious and willing to ask questions every step of the way.
- You bring a balance of humility and confidence to the team, able to listen and learn from others, while also being decisive to move content forward.
- Demonstrated ability to work productively with counterparts in a cross-functional capacity.
Salary Range : $80K
Minimum Qualification : Digital Marketing & Social Media
Estimated Salary : $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications
