Manager of Transactions and Legal Coordination

Key Responsibilities :
- Negotiate PSAs and review leases with precision.
- Analyze environmental and property condition reports.
- Involved during the acquisition and disposition stages related to legal coordination and post-closing.
- Review settlement statements and ensure insurance compliance.
- Lead post-closing handoff meetings to ensure smooth transitions.
- Build relationships with attorneys, brokers, vendors, and internal teams to streamline processes.
