Overview

Responsibilities
- Conduct studies and analyses related to operations, systems, or management changes and impacts of changes using knowledge of staffing, engineering, service provision, and management.
- Conduct condition assessments, risk assessments, asset inventories, and spares analyses on infrastructure equipment. Develop decision-making tools related to the data collected.
- Provide professional consultation and routinely interface with clients. Conduct client meetings, virtually or on site.
- Prepare documents and presentations for clients, identifying solutions to solve complex business issues.
- Provide project management support. Manage scope, schedule, and budget constraints.
- Support and lead select proposals.
- Occasional travel to a client's offices or facilities. Field work may include onsite working meetings, job site walks, inventory assessments, or condition assessments.
- Conduct QA / QC reviews of work completed by other team members as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
5 years of related work experience preferred; experience in an A / E / C industry, preferably consulting experience.Engineer in training certificate preferred.Institute of Asset Management certificate.Local candidates preferred.Knowledge of ArcGIS, SQL Server, and / or Crystal Reports.Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in related field.A minimum of 5 years related experience.Efficient use of the internet and other electronic and hard copy media for research.Strong Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Project, and Visio skills.Expert Microsoft Access and Excel skills.Strong analytical skills with the ability to compile and present summary-level information.Ability to obtain, cleanse, merge, and analyze data from multiple sources.Excellent interpersonal skills and strong relationship, organizational, and follow-up skills.Self-starter with proven track record of accomplishments.An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must.About HDR
