Position Title : Senior Project Manager
Job Location : San Francisco, CA
- Senior Project Manager for San Francisco, CA location. Responsible for overall successful execution and delivery of engineering projects through all stages of lifecycle;
- serves as primary liaison with all project stakeholders; drives all project work, setting priorities, procedures, scope, and schedule;
publishes and coordinates project assignments, and obtains resource commitments; maintains contractual, business, and financial records.
Technical environment : AutoCAD, Visio, Bluebeam, BIM software, and collaboration platforms, including AutoDesk BMI 360 and MS Suite, and construction management software (such as CMIC software, ProCore, e-builder, or Newforma).
Qualifications
Job Requirements
Master’s degree in Mechanical or Systems Engineering or a closely related field plus four years of experience in Project management in an engineering field required.
- Required Skills : Requires formal project management training and experience with building design and construction, working cross-functionally with design and architecture & engineering firms;
- troubleshooting and establishing corrective actions for design and implementation of mechanical engineering design projects;
- review as-built mechanical documentation and verify accuracy; electrical power distribution and life safety systems; mechanical engineering design industry standards, building codes, and safety standards;
and construction process, schedule and cost estimating process. Some telecommuting permitted. 10% domestic travel required. $185,910 / yr.
