Strategic, Analytical, Impact-Driven Professional
We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and impact-driven professional to join our Dallas-based team, reporting into management based in our London, UK office. In this role, you will help shape our data-driven strategy for digital infrastructure by researching market trends, analyzing competitive dynamics, and supporting location planning for our next-generation data centers. The position is well-suited to someone with high attention to detail, natural curiosity, and a willingness to investigate complex issues. You will take initiative in translating data into clear recommendations and contribute to a rapidly evolving global industry that is reshaping how businesses and communities connect.
Responsibilities
- Research global data center and cloud trends, including demand drivers, pricing, supply / demand dynamics, and hyperscaler infrastructure rollouts
- Analyze market fundamentals to identify risks and opportunities across global metros
- Support the development of market entry and expansion strategies through detailed, data-driven analysis
- Track developments across AI, cloud, and digital infrastructure and translate them into strategic implications for location planning
- Help maintain global market prioritization frameworks based on demand signals, infrastructure readiness, and regulatory dynamics
- Build and maintain structured market datasets (e.g. pricing, supply pipelines, vacancy, land, and power availability) across global regions
- Own the integrity, structure, and version control of internal market intelligence databases
- Develop dashboards and visual outputs (in Excel, PowerPoint, or BI tools) to present findings clearly to internal stakeholders
- Visualize data sets in intuitive formats to support decision-making at the executive and board level
- Continuously refine data workflows and automate recurring tasks to improve speed and scalability of analysis
Qualifications
3-6 years of experience in market intelligence, strategy, consulting, investment analysis, or data analysis focused on technology, digital infrastructure, or adjacent industries (telecom, cloud, real estate, energy, etc.)Strong proficiency in Excel and experience working with large, structured datasetsExperience using data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) to present insights clearly and effectivelyFamiliarity with mapping software (e.g. QGIS, Mapbox, ArcGIS) and comfort working with spatial data is a plusHigh attention to detail with the curiosity to dig deeper and investigate trends, anomalies, and new opportunitiesInterest in digital infrastructure, AI, and cloud market trendsProactive, organized, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentMust be able to travel up to 10-20%, depending on business needsEducation / Certifications
