Key Responsibilities
Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families, creating a welcoming environment for diverse backgrounds.Provide tailored outpatient individual and family therapy, fostering healing and resilience.Develop comprehensive crisis plans, safety plans, and wellness plans to empower clients in their mental health journey.Participate in case consultations and agency meetings to enhance client care.Ensure timely completion of billing, documentation, and treatment plans, upholding professional standards.Engage in collaborative care with our multidisciplinary team for a holistic approach to mental health.Qualifications
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field.Provisional license as required by state regulations.Passion for mental health and commitment to providing high-quality care.Dedication to ongoing professional development, including free supervision and continuing education.Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients and families.Ability to manage time effectively and complete documentation efficiently.Why Join Us?
