What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :
- Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions for scientists and researchers
- Design and implement scalable foundational services for data processing and user management
- Work on ML infrastructure and Generative AI applications to enhance scientific use cases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform product vision into tangible results
- Engage in continuous learning and contribute to team success through effective communication
What is Required (Qualifications) :
- Strong proficiency (7+ years) in Node.js, TypeScript, and Python
- Over 7 years of experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Extensive experience with databases, including relational and NoSQL
- Experience with big data distributed systems such as Databricks and Snowflake
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field

- Proven track record with large-scale data distributed systems
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Ability to articulate technical vision while being open to feedback
- Experience working in Agile software development environments
- Familiarity with lakehouse technologies such as AWS EMR and Glue
