Urgent Care : Competitive Base Salary and incentive program. Urgent Care is open seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 8 p.
m. with the exception of Thanksgiving and Christmas. Current schedule is three 12 hour days one week and four 12 hour days the next week, rotating thereafter.
There may be some flexibility with that schedule if the other provider agrees. 1 other FT Physician, 1 PT Physician, 1 CRNP, 2 PACs.
Family Medicine : Competitive Base Salary and incentive program. Open M, T, W, F 8 to 6 and TH 8 to 8. Current schedule is 40 hours one week, 36 the other within that schedule.
Minimal call to see / discharge newborns from hospital. 5 other FT Physicians, 1 PT Physician, 1 CRNP.
It is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) founded in 1986 and is located in South Central Pennsylvania.
Health Center is located in south central Pennsylvania, directly adjacent to I-81 in an attractive, family-oriented, rural setting.
