Job Duties :
- Represent private equity sponsors and agents in a broad range of transactions.
- Provide legal advice on investment funds and investment management services.
- Draft, review, and negotiate various investment and transactional documents.
- Conduct due diligence and risk assessment for private equity transactions.
- Collaborate with clients to develop strategic solutions tailored to their needs.
- Stay updated on legal and regulatory developments affecting the investment funds and private equity sectors.
- Work closely with other attorneys and legal professionals within the firm.
Requirements :
- 4-6 years of experience in investment funds and investment management.
- Substantive experience representing private equity sponsors and agents in transactions.
- Strong understanding of investment fund structures and management services.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex transactions simultaneously.
- Excellent client service and communication skills.
- Licensed and in good standing with the Georgia State Bar.
Education :
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications :
Active license to practice law in the state of Georgia.
