Duties :
- Conducting thorough document review and analysis for cases related to commercial litigation.
- Researching legal issues and providing comprehensive legal analysis.
- Drafting, editing, and filing motions, pleadings, and other legal documents.
- Taking and defending depositions to support litigation strategies.
- Collaborating with legal teams and clients to develop effective case strategies.
- Representing clients in court proceedings and hearings.
Requirements :
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial litigation.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice law in the state of Oregon.
- Proven experience in document review, legal research, and writing.
Certifications :
Active membership in the Oregon State Bar.
Skills :
- Excellent document review, research, and writing skills.
- Strong oral advocacy skills with experience in taking and defending depositions.
- Proficient in drafting motions, pleadings, and other legal documents.
