In this role, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Director of Operations and Chief Pilot by handling day-to-day administrative duties to support our flight crew.
As a Flight Operations Training Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to optimize our crew's training experiences and improve operational efficiency by effectively using our flight management software, JetInsight.

Key Responsibilities
- Training Manual Development : Design, update, and maintain comprehensive training manuals and modules. Ensure alignment with current operational standards, regulatory requirements, and technological advancements.
- Collaboration : Work closely with pilots, maintenance teams, and training providers to gather input and ensure training content is relevant, accurate, and enhances operational excellence.
- Proactive Approach : Take a proactive approach to identify training needs and gaps. Continuously seek opportunities to improve training processes and materials.
- Regulatory Compliance : Stay updated with aviation regulations and standards to ensure training materials are compliant and up-to-date.
- Quality Assurance : Conduct regular reviews and audits of training materials to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Previous experience in aviation operations or training, preferably in a Part 135 or Part 91 environment.
- Strong understanding of aviation regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
