THE OPPORTUNITY

As our Business Development Manager, you will have the unique opportunity to :

Leverage Industry Connections : Utilize existing relationships with architects, engineers, developers, and corporate clients to drive sales.

Client Engagement : Manage the sales process from initial contact through to contract negotiation and project initiation.

Collaborate on Proposals : Work closely with the design team to craft compelling proposals that meet client needs and showcase our capabilities.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

Our ideal candidate is an experienced sales / business development professional with a proven track record in driving revenue growth that has existing relationships with architects, engineers, developers, and corporate clients in the architectural design or related industry

Have 5+ years of experience in business development or sales.

Have strong industry connections with architects, engineers, developers, and corporate clients.

Have proven success in generating and closing high-value contracts.

Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Have a self-starter mindset and are highly motivated, independent, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Are tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems and other sales and project management software.

Are flexible and adaptable with a willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
