WeatherBarr Windows and Doors of Fort Smith, AR is looking to hire a full-time Local Delivery Driver .

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A DELIVERY DRIVER

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to read delivery documents and follow directions for deliveries
  • Clean driving record
  • Must be at least 21 years of age for insurance purposes
  • Ability to lift and carry 80 pounds without assistance repeatedly

    • SHIFT

    Monday - Friday 6 : 00 am - 2 : 30 pm. Overtime as needed.

    JOB DUTIES

  • Delivery : Transport product destinations using a company-provided pickup truck.
  • Route Planning : Follow assigned routes or plan efficient delivery routes to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Loading and Unloading : Safely load and unload items
  • Documentation : Maintain accurate delivery logs, obtain signatures, and complete necessary paperwork for each delivery.
  • Customer Service : Interact professionally with customers, vendors, or clients during pickups and deliveries.
  • Compliance : Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
  • Warehouse Support : Help with organizing or restocking items at the warehouse or facility.
  • Reporting : Communicate delays, accidents, or delivery issues to supervisors promptly.
