Summary : IHL is looking for an Associate CAD Designer, Kids Sleepwear / Intimates to join our team! The Associate Designer will be responsible for working closely with the Design Director to design and merchandise branded collections.

Responsibilities :
- Creating flat sketches & CAD presentations providing a color / print vision for each season.
- Communicate with Design and Production through e-mail & Google Docs.
- Organize, enter information and keep record of submits pertaining to the product group assigned.
- Follow up on pending submits according to delivery calendar.
- Run reports and share information with cross-functional partners.
- Maintain a submit library.
- Making sure each step of the product process from inception to production is carefully reviewed & followed with a lot of attention to detail.
Including fittings, lab dips, etc.
Review all submits received from the factories (lab dips, strike offs, fabric bulks, trims, etc.)
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Design
- 2-5 years experience in design
- Highly Creative and positive addition to company culture
- Good time management skill with the ability to prioritize
- Expert Level Adobe Creative Suite

Compensation : The anticipated base salary range for this position is $50,000 to $75,000
