Sous la responsabilité du Responsable grands compte France en charge de la distribution Grands Magasins, l’Assistante Responsable grands comptes contribuera aux projets de développement du business de la Maison et participera au développement de la relation avec les enseignes.

Job Responsibilities

LES MISSIONS QUI VOUS SERONT CONFIEES :

  • Réalisation des reportings hebdomadaires et analyses
  • En charge du suivi CRM
  • Suivi de la mise en place d’opérations CRM avec les enseignes

Échanges sur les validations d’assets..)

  • Est en lien avec les responsables de stands et l’assistant chef de projet CRM pour récolter les informations quantitatives et qualitatives post opération.
  • Fait les analyses post opérations CRM pour en sortir les bests practices.
  • Rédige la newsletter hebdomadaire liées aux actualités des enseignes.
  • Suit les actualités des enseignes Trade

  • Participe à la construction des différentes Business Review.
  • Organisation des animations enseigne :
  • Construit le plan semestriel des événements.
  • Suit le planning des animations (Cabine, Mim podium..).
  • Envoi les récapitulatifs des animations négociées aux enseignes (fiches animations podium).
  • Fait le lien avec l’ensemble des services internes.
  • Contacte les fournisseurs externes.
  • Suit les performances associées et est force de recommandation pour les événements suivants.
  • Accompagnement de la relation Enseignes :
  • Prépare et organise les rendez-vous du responsable grands comptes (supports de présentation, analyses chiffrées).
  • Envoi des documents de suivis administratifs (contrats à signer).
  • Valorise les actions de la Maison auprès des enseignes.
  • Veille concurrentielle :
  • Assure et suit une veille concurrentielle (sites web, actions locales, events clients etc).
