Responsible for medium - large projects for an operations department, product or business unit. Provides data structure / mapping expertise to Technology partners, internal developers, and content strategy peers.
Researches and documents data lineage and use case for multiple communication types. Performs capacity assessment resources / time required for deliverables.

Job Description :
This job is responsible for the day-to-day resolution of complex problems and the research and execution of complex transactions for a single site / business unit or smaller business unit(s).
Key responsibilities include strategically advising upon the design, development, and implementation of products, systems, and services using discretion within the project management methodologies.
Responsibilities :
- Advises on the design, development, and implementation of complex products, systems, and services in an operations environment using discretionary judgment
- Advises on projects and directs activities of a team related to special initiatives
- Advises as a technical expert in assigned area, providing an understanding of the business unit's operations processes and implications on other groups within the operations function
- Consults on present-state, develops alternative future-state approaches, and facilitates implementations by creating a clear and coherent approach to guide effective program / initiative setup, execution, and control
- Identifies and recommends responsibilities and accountabilities for key programs / projects
- Performs risk management activities to minimize project risks
- Assists with creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation
- Leverages business knowledge to identify opportunities for improvement and supports change execution
- Facilitate content data mapping and provisioning in support of client onboarding to Document Services systems
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of required data mapping from business systems to the Universal Schema in support of collateral content
- Work with Technology, LOB, and internal partner to understand end-to-end correspondence execution processes, data sources, and future use case
- Support build out and tracking of data elements, Template ID to Onboarding System ID for reporting and control purposes
- Proactively identify opportunities to facilitate data mapping and content rationalization based on long term strategic roadmap
Required Qualifications :
- 2+ years relevant work experience working with data usage, lineage, and end-to-end flow
- Proven ability to establish and develop interpersonal relationships and work collaboratively with multiple levels of the organization, cross-functional teams, and across multiple work locations
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-starter and ability to think and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to perform research with Technology and Business Partners for resolution to data usage inquiries
- Proficient in written communications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Working knowledge of XML and HTML
- Willingness to improve, develop skills, innovate, and change as the industry demands
- Strong and effective communication and presentation skills; verbal and written
- Effective simultaneous oversight and management of multiple projects / tasks
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies
Desired Qualifications :
- Working knowledge of DCRS correspondence process
- 2+ years of data mapping / correspondence composition experience
- Strong knowledge of Mortgage, Card and / or Deposit products & Servicing organizations
