Reconciliation : Monitoring and Reporting : Control Reports : Administrative Support : Team Collaboration : Undergraduate degree is strongly preferred, but related job and industry experience can be accepted as a substitute (3+ years). Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). Must have experience reading and interpreting syndicated loan documentation or related experience supporting syndicated loans and using LoanIQ. Ability to manage concurrent assignments effectively, efficiently, and in an organized manner. Ability to work independently within a team environment. Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal / client servicing skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and judgment skills. Flexible working schedule with some overtime required. BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Loan Servicing Administrative for an opportunity in Newark, DE !

Duration : 6 months, and Possible extension or conversion to FTE
Pay rate : $28 / hr.
Position Summary :
This position is responsible for assigning daily loan servicing & administrative items to Loan Servicing Account Managers (reconciliation / billing / payments) and has direct communication with our Loan Servicing Management Team.
Essential Responsibilities :
- Task Management :
Monitor and manage the group mailbox, assigning incoming tasks and requests.
Reconcile daily Borrower activity and workflow cases across the organization.
Monitor and escalate past due cases involving principal, interest, and fees to ensure items are being assigned and resolved in a timely manner
Monitor workflow reporting, updating applicable comments.
Assist with any administrative tasks associated with the terms of a Credit Agreement.
Back up co-workers and work on various special projects or other tasks as assigned.
