About the opportunity :

We are looking for a data-driven Product Manager who is passionate about solving complex, tangible problems to come join our insurance platform team.

Making car ownership effortless and creating a world-class user experience is what drives every decision we make as a company.

Reporting directly to our cofounder / CEO and partnering with our brilliant software engineers, designers, data scientists, and operations teams, you will own a core segment of our flagship insurance product and help make shopping for insurance a delightful experience.

Responsibilities :

Comb through a massive amount of data, run analyses, and identify opportunities to optimize our operations and backend systems to improve operational efficiency

Leverage automation to solve our user pain points and reduce friction in our app flow

Partner with engineers, data scientists, designers, and operations teams to launch new features designed to make the insurance shopping and maintenance experience instantaneous and delightful

What we are looking for :

Data-driven : You're extremely analytical and live in data. At the same time, you're confident enough to make decisions when the data is limited

Tenacious : You’re a hustler at heart and you thrive under pressure

Super organized : You balance a packed schedule, an endless to-do list, can manage a team, and never let anything drop

Ideal profile : Bachelor's Degree

Bachelor's Degree

3+ years of consumer-facing product management, consulting, or business operations experience

Comfortable conducting rigorous analyses, developing insightful hypotheses, and validating impact

A plus if you have weathered an early startup environment
