Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager at Chick-fil-a Five Points in Columbia, SC. The General Manager is responsible for carrying out the vision for the restaurant, increasing sales and profits;
and ensuring an exceptional experience for guests and the team.
Qualifications
- 10 years full time restaurant management experience
- A bachelor’s degree in a program related to the functional area (required)
- An MBA or a master’s level degree in a program related to the functional area (preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to effectively grow sales and operating profit, while continuously improving customer and team member satisfaction
- Business acumen to understand the long-term implications of operations planning and to advance the organization’s goals
- Demonstrated history of creating and maintaining positive work environments through coaching, developing, and leading teams to achieve common goals
- Superior analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ServSafe certification
