Vice President Contact Center
A company is looking for a Vice President of the Contact Center to provide strategic leadership and oversight for client and financial professional interactions.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead the strategic direction and execution of contact center activities to enhance customer service and operational efficiencyOversee the management of the Contact Center Team(s) to ensure timely and accurate responses to inquiriesImplement continuous improvement initiatives and develop training programs for contact center representativesQualificationsMinimum of 10 years of experience in the life insurance and annuity industry, with at least 10 years in contact center managementDeep understanding of contact center operations, including training, KPIs, and complianceSolid knowledge of life insurance and annuity products and servicesBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or a related field;
MBA preferredProven leadership experience in managing teams and driving strategic initiatives
