Hiring for Production workers in Kent. Will be assisting with the production of pies. Busy season is now until christmas as pies are very popular during the holidays.
LOTS OF OT. Working 12 hour shifts 3am - 4pm 6 days / week while in the busy season. GREAT way to make a lot of money for the holidays.
Job Description-
- Execute the daily production schedule in the mixing area to meet customer orders
- Ensure timely and accurate scaling and mixing of doughs to maintain processing standards
- Utilize the quality control point system and take corrective actions when deviations are noted
- Manage the raw material traceability system in the mixing area
Requirements -
- Regularly lifting 50 pound bags of flour
- Communicating clearly and effectively
- Willing to wear food handling PPE such as hair nets, smocks, gloves
- ability to use basic computer programs like a POS system
Best fit candidates -
- Someone with food manufacturing / production experience
- Someone who has worked in the deli / butcher / seafood section at a grocery store
- Someone physically capable of regularly lifting 50 pound bags of flour
Shift- Working 12 hour shifts right now 6 days a week, it is the busy season from now until christmas
Payrate - $21
