They are accountable for all aspects of guest service, food quality, cleanliness, safety and sanitation, labor, costs, production, maintenance, and ensuring all administrative and accounting responsibilities are completed according to company policy.

This position requires at least one year of recent, restaurant management experience, preferably in a fast-casual or quick service concept.

Candidates must pass a thorough criminal background and motor vehicle check. This position requires a minimum commitment of 50 hours a week, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand and / or walk for an entire shift.
