IT Engineer, Automation Specialist

A company is looking for an IT Engineer, Automation & Support.

Key Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day IT operations support, manage user accounts, and oversee mobile device management

Design and maintain scalable integrations and automations, enabling teams to leverage AI solutions

Collaborate with teams to identify inefficiencies, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and provide technical support

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in IT engineering or a similar role

Hands-on experience with Git / GitHub workflows and cloud platforms (AWS / GCP)

Experience with coding (Python / React / Ruby) for production bug resolution and deploying fixes

Knowledge of REST API integration and AI platforms (e.g., Google Gemini, OpenAI)

Experience with Google Workspace administration and mobile device management
